This is an Essential Life Skill.  Everything at work happens with, through, by, and for people. Frustration, anger, and conflict occur when we are unable to influence others.  Stress is a social disease.  Socially stressed people live on average 7 years less than others.  Your communication and relationship skills determine your outcomes, including your income, social status, your ability to influence others, even your lifespan.

Leadership is primarily Unconscious and Automatic.  The truth is that 60% to 70% of all communication is nonverbal.  Even if you say nothing, you cannot not-communicate.  You determine how others treat you by the signals you send. If others don’t follow your lead, if you find work relationships stressful, then you need assistance in fixing your nonverbal signals.   You need to learn new skills that unconsciously cue others to treat you as you desire and deserve.

I use powerful, experiential sessions and precise feedback to lock in new skills and mindsets.

1. Awareness - To unleash the power of nonverbal leadership, you first must become aware of the invisible forces guiding every interaction in your life. Only through awareness can you shift from being “at effect” to taking control of the signals that determine the quality of your communications and relationships.


2. Developing Skills of Nonverbal Leadership and Followership – There are dozens of nonverbal signals that determine how others treat you and what others do for you. The more skills you develop, the easier and more powerfully you can influence others below their level of awareness.


3. Application – Context matters. You must use the right recipe depending on the situation. Learn how to apply your new Nonverbal Leadership skills on sales calls, while cold calling, in emails, on websites, when your authority is challenged, in public speaking, in meetings, in interviews, to get better service in restaurants, to overcome conflict, to navigate office politics, and to get others to innovate and take responsibility.

Program Options


1. Private Intensive

Either in a dyad or triad, you receive experiential training delivered using a combination of six 90-minute sessions, under my tutelage, plus home study, spread out over six weeks. 


2. Two-Day Bootcamp

Same content and skills as the private Intensive, delivered for small groups over two days using experiential methods.  Not only will you develop all the skills of Nonverbal Leadership but you will leap in your ability to read people and coach nonverbal communication skills in others.


Add-On Coaching to Mastery

Each of the above options can add-on unlimited 20-minute laser coaching sessions a month to ensure that your new skills integrate into everyday life and your unique challenge and issue are addressed by expert advice.
