A single idea can make millions. A new skill can double a salesperson’s close rate. Blasting through a limiting belief can open up a world of possibilities. Our goal is to find, refine, and share the knowledge, skills and mindsets that create breakthroughs for our clients. Nothing less will do.
Making the Invisible, Visible – Even though everyone is totally unique, there are fundamentals of being human and human relationships that explain most of our thoughts and behaviors. Each individual is a collection of systems. When two or more people come together, they form a system. These powerful systems operate mostly outside of our awareness. We empower you by expanding your awareness of human nature and by giving you the skills to trigger cooperative responses in others. Fundamentally, Engaging Change’s secret sauce is our deep, systemic understanding of human nature. When you “get people” and can “see” what’s happening, you have breakthroughs that create great results.
Why Matters – Leave the “why it works” up to us. That’s our field of expertise. Complex models, research studies, advances in therapy, psychology, neurology, etc. all add to our understanding of human behavior and cognition. Understanding why something works is just is important to us as knowing that it works. We don’t care if it seems whoo-whoo to others, as long as there’s science underneath. We learn the “Why” so you don’t have to. Of course, if you REALLY want to know the details, we will lovingly bore you to tears.
Openly Practical – If something isn't clear, simple to use, and consistently producing exceptional results, it’s not practical in the business world. Professionals don’t have time to learn complex models outside of their own field. Our programs must work with only a small amount of practice or on the very first try. In addition, there’s no place for dogmatism in business. If it works, even if it isn’t from Harvard Business Review, it works. Case closed. We remain open to all approaches, traditional and non-traditional.
